Denison Organizational Culture Survey (DOCS)

Ultimately, the Denison model and survey is a tool for change. Accurately diagnosing organizational specific cultural strengths and areas for development is the first step in the change process, and allows individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole to identify specific courses of action. The Denison Action Planner gives you a tool to organize and track these actions. Our consultants will assist you in the analysis of your survey data and the development of action plans at the appropriate levels.

By implementing the Denison Organizational Culture Survey, organizations are able to:

  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses that are impacting their performance
  • Identify areas of focus for improvement
  • Align their culture change and leadership development initiatives when leveraging both surveys
  • Create action plans, often utilizing the Denison Solutions
